Healthy & Safety Information
The health and safety of our customers and staff is our top priority. We have put special measures in place to keep everyone safe both during and after activities and rentals.
Please note that personal belongings should not be left unattended at any time on the beach or pool. Bringing money or non-essential personal belongings to the beach or pool is highly discouraged. The pool and beach staff is not responsible for guests’ personal belongings.
Before visiting us, we ask that everyone fill out this online WAIVER & RELEASE FORM. Mahalo!

Helumoa Playground – NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY
- Poolside Cabana Rentals Open: 8:00am – 6:00pm
- Pool & Towel Services: 8:00am – 8:00pm
- Helumoa Playground Slide Hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm. Children must be 3′ tall to use the slide. Children between 3′-4′ must wear floatation device (complimentary arm bands are available to rent at Helumoa pool desk)
Edge Infinity Pool – NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY
- For guests of the Sheraton Waikīkī only.

Towels are complimentary to guests of the Royal Hawaiian (at Helumoa Playground) and Sheraton Waikīkī and are available beginning at 8am from all pool desks. Guests must present their room key card to be scanned in order to be issued towels.
During times of heavy traffic, we ask guests’ understanding that one towel will be issued per guest. Towels should be returned to one of the desks in order to prevent being charged for missing towels.

For safety reasons, floats are not allowed in any of the hotel pools. The only exceptions are floats that are attached to the body (i.e. arm bands and vests). Sit-in floats for babies are allowed.

Royal Hawaiian guests are free to use the facilities at HELUMOA PLAYGROUND, including the poolside rentals. The Edge Infinity pool is reserved for the sole use of registered Sheraton Waikīkī guests, 16 years and older.
All guests using the pool area will need to check in at one of the pool desks to be issued a wristband. The wristband will let the staff know that you are a registered guest. In order to obtain your wristband, please present your room key at the pool desk.

At this time, the pool is for the sole use of registered guests of the hotel.

The pools and the pool facilities are for the sole use of registered Sheraton Waikīkī guests. A list with names of all registered guests will be referenced upon check-in. If you would like to have friends/non-guests join you for the day, please see a hotel front desk agent to register non-guest. Fees will apply.

Cancellations must be received 48 hours before a reservation to qualify for a refund. No-shows will result in a full charge to the guest.
Please be aware that refunds can take up to 10 business days to process between banks. If you have not received your refund after ten days, please contact us at info@waikikibeachservices.com or (808) 927-7441.
Closures due to inclement weather will be refunded. Please email us to ensure your reservation is canceled and refunded. (*Inclement weather refers to unsafe weather conditions, i.e., storms, heavy rain, flooding, and strong wind. This does not refer to drizzle or light rain, which is very common in Hawai’i)

Please check in at the towel desks at either the Edge Infinity Pool or at Helumoa Playground, depending on where you made your reservation. Our staff will verify your reservation and hotel registration and will then escort you to your seats.
